The Fleet Manager is responsible for odometer entry in CARS every month. This task needs to be completed in time for SFM Billing to ensure that the agency is billed correctly. If the Fleet Manager delegates this task to drivers or other vehicle coordinators, it is strongly recommended that the Fleet Manager review all odometer entries. The SFM Billing Technician (dpa_sfmbilling@state.co.us) will email a Fleet Manager in the event of missing or questionable odometers; it is important that the Fleet Manager follow-up on these emails in a timely manner.
