SFM informs Fleet Managers of new recalls at the Motor Vehicle Advisory Council each month. Recall information is also available in CARS by selecting Customer Reports>Report Selection>Recalls and entering your Cabinet/Department/Unit (using '%' as a wildcard at any level).



The result will include relevant vehicle details, followed by the date the recall was issued alongside the recall number and a short description of what is included in the recall:


Not all recalls are considered required. SFM provides the list of only the required recalls per vehicle during each monthly MVAC and these are archived monthly on the SFM-OPS drive at the filepath V:/Technical Service/Technical Services Benchmarks/Recall Reports/2025
