State of Colorado Insurance Card

Insurance cards should be present in every State vehicle. When the agency picks up the vehicle from SFM, 2 copies of insurance cards are with each vehicle. One copy is on the inside back cover of the SFM Vehicle Operator's Manual and the other is a 3.5"x5" card that can be found in the vehicle packet. They look like the following.

Contents of Insurance Cards
Your insurance cards will include:
- Insured: This will be State of Colorado and its employees
- Policy Number: Your policy number will include letters and numbers and should say "No expiration date"
- Vehicles: This will include all State-owned vehicles.
- Verification: Verification will show the Division of Risk Management.
