SFM recommends charging State owned EV/PHEVs at their "home base". This is the most sustainable method to operate an EV/PHEV. This often will be all the charging that is required.  In those instances where additional charging is necessary, the WEX Connect app is your best tool to locate charging stations "in the wild". Instructions on how to navigate this are below. The app identifies charging locations where the WEX card is accepted via the ChargePoint card. All ChargePoint cards issued from SFM will have a WEX card attached to them.

Please note, the following steps are only for the WEX Connect app, this feature is not currently available on the WEX website. 

  1. Download the state approved WEX Connect app for your mobile device.
  2. Once downloaded, open the app and select the More icon on the bottom task bar (right hand corner).
  3. Select Fleet Codes and enter the SFM fleet code EV22.
  4. Back arrow.
  5. Select the Charge icon on the bottom task bar.
  6. Use the filter symbol in the upper right hand to set your range. 
  7. Your current view will display ChargePoint and all their roaming partners: EVGo, Flo & EVConnect and the readiness status.
