National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL)

The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) is one of the national research laboratories of the US Department of Energy; the only laboratory solely dedicated to securing America's energy future through renewable energy and energy efficiency. NREL focuses on creative answers to today's energy challenges. They are changing the way we generate, consume, store, and distribute energy to help face those challenges.
One of the many areas of research includes electric vehicles, additional information can be found on the NREL website.
