Trouble Logging In to Geotab Drive or Geotab Community?

Having trouble logging into Geotab Drive or Geotab Community?
The contract with Geotab finalized in July, 2021 made migration of the database to a new server necessary. Geotab Drive and Geotab Community both use the server information on it's log in page and this must be updated in order to use the application. Please follow the steps below to make sure the server information is correct when logging into Geotab Drive or Geotab Community.
For Geotab Drive
1. Type in Username and then click on Options.
2. Fill in the Database and Server information as seen below. While both the Database and Server fields say Optional, we have experienced better success logging in with these two fields completed. Click on Next.
3. Enter in your Password and click on Log in. Log in should be successful with the updated database and server information. If still experiencing issues with logging in after these steps please submit a ticket at the Helpdesk here for additional support.
For Geotab Community
1. Use the drop down box to select Geotab Customer for User Type.
2. Fill in the four remaining fields:
A. MyGeotab Email
B. MyGeotab Password
C. MyGeotab Database (coloradofleetmanagement)
D. Server (gov15.geotab.com)
While both the MyGeotab Database and Server have Optional listed for those fields, we have had better success when completing all fields. If still experiencing issues with logging in after these steps please submit a ticket at the Helpdesk here for additional support.
