The Geotab Device Diagnostic Flow Clock Charts are downloadable and can be printed to hang on a wall in your State garage.


The charts provide a summary of the Geotab Troubleshooting Steps needed to identify communication or other issues with a Geotab GO9 Device.  If after troubleshooting it is suspected that the telematics device is malfunctioning, use the Malfunctioning Telematics Device Guide to request device support from Sawatch Labs which may require ordering a replacement device and new installation after their investigation.
