Pandemic Impact
The Pandemic Impact section added to the Assignment module in CARS will allow us to track vehicles with utilization impacted by COVID19:
State Fleet Management has placed vehicles listed on the Underutilized report as of March 2021 into Utilization Impacted by COVID19 status* with the beginning date of March 1, 2020. These vehicles will remain in this status until such time that the Governor declares that the pandemic is over. In the interim, if a vehicle is transferred to a different agency or turned in to State Fleet, the status will be end-dated.
*All of the Utilization reports now include the Pandemic Impact Information for easy identification.
