  2. Remove all 2-way radios, cell phones and hands free equipment, security cages, law enforcement lighting or any other special equipment, with the exception of the telematics device which should remain installed in the vehicle. The outside of the vehicle should be reasonably clean or washed before turning in.
  4. If the vehicle is in an enhanced emissions area, a new emissions test is required if the last test is more than three months old. Before you go to the emissions station, fill out the Emissions Form with the date, VIN, license plate, driver's name and the driver's signature. The emissions inspector will either take a copy of the form or keep the original.
Bring the original test results with you when you drop the vehicle off.
  5. Vehicle must be cleaned out; remove all personal items, trash, cans, paper, etc. and vacuum the vehicle before you turn it in. Vehicle should have at least a ¼ tank of gas.
