Colorado's fleet management system of record is the Colorado Automotive Reporting System, aka CARS. The CARS system was updated to a cloud solution on December 16, 2024.


Our CARS 2024 Application Installation Guide will walk you through the installation of the new version.

If you experience issues installing CARS, please submit a ticket to your OIT Help Desk since Deskside Support will have the proper level of access needed to perform the installation.


Once you have the software installed, if you have issues logging in or experience any other issues with the system, please submit a ticket to the SFM Help Desk.
